Surprise Gift Box is designed to be used without creating an account. We do not ask you to register or log in before creating a gift page.

When you create a gift page, we process the configuration you submit, including your selected box style, keepsakes, card content, soundtrack choice, and related presentation settings. That information is used to generate and later display your shared gift page.

We also process limited technical data needed to operate and protect the service. This may include your IP address and basic request metadata when you use the site or create a gift page.

We use submitted gift data to generate, store, and serve the gift page you create.

We use technical request data to operate the website, apply rate limits, monitor abuse, and keep the service reliable.

We do not use your submitted gift content to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal information to third parties.

Gift page records are stored so your share link can work after creation. In production, storage may use our hosted database infrastructure. In development or fallback scenarios, records may be stored locally by the application.

We retain stored gift page data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, troubleshoot issues, and maintain shared links.

The current version of Surprise Gift Box does not describe a first-party analytics or advertising stack on this page. However, standard web hosting, infrastructure, or platform providers may process technical request data such as IP address, user agent, and request logs in order to deliver the service securely.

Surprise Gift Box may rely on third-party infrastructure and platform providers to host the application, store gift records, and deliver the website. Those providers may process data as needed to perform their services under their own terms and privacy policies.

Surprise Gift Box is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We take reasonable measures to protect data processed through Surprise Gift Box. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of Surprise Gift Box after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
